CHURCH COUNCIL: Coordinates and promotes the entire program of the church.  The Council consists of the church staff, the elected officers of the church, and the chair, or a representative, of each of the church boards and committees.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES: Manages the property, financial and personnel business of the church. 

BOARD OF DEACONS: In partnership with the pastors, guides and directs the spiritual life and care of the congregation, i.e., worship, outreach, membership, and special events.

BOARD OF CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES Supervises the programs involving infants through 5th grade.

YOUTH MINISTRIES COMMITTEE: Supervises the programs involving youth of the church, grades 6 through 12.

BOARD OF MISSION AND SOCIAL CONCERN: Aims to broaden awareness and involvement of the church in world-wide and local mission projects through financial and volunteer support.

BOARD OF USHERS: Has charge of forming the ushering teams needed for all the services of the church.

BOARD OF INVESTMENT: Sets investment policies and monitors the special and permanent funds of the church.

ADULT EDUCATION COMMITTEE: Plans and implements programs of Christian education for the adult members of the church. 

STEWARDSHIP COMMITTEE: Annually plans and promotes a program to raise funds to meet the yearly expenses and mission allocations of the church.

MUSIC COMMITTEE: Has charge of the total musical program of the church, including the hiring of the director and any other persons needed to assist in the services. 

FLOWER COMMITTEE: Delivers flowers from the altar weekly to friends and members.  They arrange and distribute Christmas and Easter altar flowers.

FOOD SERVICE COMMITTEE: Plans menus, helps prepare and serve food for certain church functions.

NOMINATING COMMITTEE: Is responsible for preparing the slate of nominees for election at the Annual Meeting and for filling any vacancies that may occur during the year. 

CHURCH DELEGATES:  Attend UCC and Springfield Council of Churches meetings as church representatives to learn and vote on specific issues.  They report back to the Church Council to disseminate pertinent information about the meetings.
