Music Ministry
Vocal and instrumental music are integral to worship at First Church. Music proclaims the Gospel by conveying the grace, love, peace, joy and healing of Christ, growth in the Spirit, prayerfulness, and edification. First Church's music ministry is directed by John Gerry-Karajanes, who has been an organist and choirmaster since he was 16 years old and has served in Episcopal, Lutheran, and United Church of Christ churches, as well as in Jewish Synagoges.
