CROP Hunger Walk

Our combined October Family Ministries and Youth event will be the 2022 CROP Hunger Walk. This year we return to the walk through Forest Park. We will gather at Trinity United Methodist Church on Sumner Ave. in Springfield at 1:30pm for the opening ceremonies. The Walk will begin at 2:00pm!

About The Event

Our combined October Family Ministries and Youth event will be the 2022 CROP Hunger Walk. This year we return to the walk through Forest Park. We will gather at Trinity United Methodist Church on Sumner Ave. in Springfield at 1:30pm for the opening ceremonies. The Walk will begin at 2:00pm
Proceeds from the Walk help to fight hunger and food insecurity worldwide, and a portion goes locally to three organizations--Open Pantry, The Food Bank of Western MA, and Lorraine's Soup Kitchen.

Last year Team First Church raised the most money in the Greater Springfield walk, and we won the Platinum Sneaker! Let's show Greater Springfield how to do it again this year.
