“Can We Talk About This?" As Abortion Access is Challenged Across our Country, Can a Christian Be Pro-Choice?
Wednesday, October 6 at 7:00 PM (zoom and in-person)
Pastor Marisa will be offering a hybrid program – both in-person and on Zoom taking on a topic that can feel too hot to discuss. This one night gathering will look at statements made by the UCC nationally and regionally, as well as articles and actions taken by UCC churches in the wake of shrinking access to reproductive choices in our country. We’ll explore the justice issues for women, people of color, the economically poor, and more and ways Christians can have a compassionate voice that speaks for protecting abortion access in our country.
