Crucial Conversations
During March, the Leadership Team is offering two opportunities for Crucial Conversations, in the Buxton Room following worship. Including a debrief from the Search Committee, with time for Q & A; and a time to work on healing from the loss of beloved leaders.

Crucial Conversations, Part 3: "Going Forward"
During the month of March, the Leadership Team is offering two opportunities for Crucial Conversations.
- Sunday, March 12th: “Debrief of the Search Team, and answer lingering questions about the search process.”
- Sunday, March 19th: “Healing after the loss of beloved leaders.”
Conversations will be held in the Buxton Room following the worship service.
Please bring your coffee and snack from Bailey Hall and join Rev. Jim and several Leadership Team members. Ann Smith, Chairperson of the Search Team, will be available for the “Debrief” on March 12th.
