Michael T. Klare is Professor Emeritus of Peace and World Security studies at Hampshire College, Senior Visiting Fellow at the Arms Control Committee in Washington, D.C., and author of several books and articles dealing with the defense establishment, the environment, and the need to end the war in Ukraine.
